Can I request a specific delivery location, date or time?


We are unable to request a specific delivery date or time at the point of placing your order.

You may, however, be able to contact the shipping partner once your tracking information has been provided to have your order delivered to a 'Safe Place', Pick-Up point or alternate delivery day.

Please note that these options may not always be possible for our shipping partners to complete.
