We strongly recommend that you open and check you are happy with your products as soon as they arrive, however we do accept returns over 14 days after purchase in the following situations:

  1. For faulty products, if you provide proof of purchase and proof of defect on request;

  2. For non-faulty products if the product is part of the current range, in saleable condition and you provide proof of purchase
