How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
The shipping times for orders can vary depending on the type(s) of products you have ordered!
If your order contains products readily available on the webstore, we would expect your order to process and ship within a few business days. A despatch email will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped.
Should your order contain pre-order item(s), these fall under a two-week pre-order window, and the release date will be provided on the product page. You can find more information about Pre-Orders here.
Occasionally, Made-To-Order products will be available to order and these carry a lead time of up to 180-days to fulfil. Please see our Made To Order article for more information.
If you are having your order sent to one of our stores for collection, this will be sent alongside one of their weekly stock deliveries.

Please note that longer lead times for products, such as Pre-Orders or Made-To-Order, will supplant our standard shipping estimates.
