What do I do if I haven't received my refund?
Depending on the type of refund you are expecting, different processing times can occur.
For refunds being provided back to an original payment method, this can take between 3-5 business days to process.
Virtual Voucher refunds will be credited to your account, or a new voucher will be provided, within 48 hours of notification.
If you are expecting a refund but can not see that is has been credited, please reach out to us via our Contact Us Form and we will be happy to investigate this further for you.
