What do I do if the code in my Codex or Battletome won't redeem?
If you have purchased a Codex or Battletome and are unable to redeem this to your account, please check the following:
- That you are submitting the code into the redemption window under "Redeem a Code" in MyWarhammer
- That you are submitting the code 'as seen', ensuring to enter this case-sensitive with the correct capitalisations
- That the book has been purchased directly from us, or from a third-party stockists. We may request proof of purchase for further troubleshooting.
Please note that we are unable to support book redemptions for second-hand or pre-owned products that have already been redeemed.
