How can I return an order or item? - US & CA Returns
If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange for Warhammer Virtual Gift Vouchers. Please see our "Checking your products" page for further terms.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and confirmation of the product(s) you no longer require, and our team will be happy to assist!
Faulty products can be exchanged for a like-for-like replacement (if the item is still in range) or part replacement. Please indicate any faults with the product you have received in your contact to us.
After we receive your returned purchase and confirm it's in resalable condition, a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, will be processed within 3 working days.
If you are unsure, please contact us beforehand to confirm covered shipping methods.
Alternatively, if you would like to return any products from an order to one of our stores, please notify our customer service team ahead of time so that we can inform the store of your visit.
