My White Dwarf hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If you haven't received the current month's White Dwarf issue at your address, we would love to make this right for you.
We would politely note that whilst subscriber magazines are often sent out ahead of their release date, outside factors such as local shipping delays can affect delivery.
If you have recently started a new White Dwarf subscription, the date in which this was purchased could inform when you receive your first issue. Please refer to our "When will I receive the first issue of my White Dwarf subscription?" article for more information.
