What do I do if I haven't received my order confirmation email?


If you have not received your order confirmation email, please do not worry!

It is possible that the order did not submit successfully and will need to be resubmitted, and this is usually indicated by having items remaining in your basket on the webstore.

If you were taken to an order confirmation screen but did not receive a confirmation email, please check your account for any "Processing" orders. If you are unable to see any, please get in touch with us so that we can look into this further for you.
