What happens if I’m not home to accept delivery?
If you are not at home to accept your delivery, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, different options will be provided.
Typically, standard shipping via your local postal service will attempt to redeliver the next working day. Tracked services may take your order to a local pick-up point for collection.
We would recommend checking for any postal slips provided by the shipping partner as well as reviewing your tracking information for further details on your order.
