Pre-Orders for home delivery:
Pre-orders will usually dispatch on or after the official release date which can be found on the product page.
Once your order is despatched, we will send you an email notification that includes your tracking details.
Pre-Orders typically have a 2 week order window from the date they go on sale to the official release date.
Pre-Orders for In-Store Collection:
Pre-ordered items can be collected from your local Warhammer store on the weekend of release.
Orders that are placed by 10pm PDT on the Sunday of the second pre-order weekend will usually be available to collect on the release weekend.
Please note that the standard pre-order period is two weeks, inclusive of the date the pre-orders go live on the website, unless otherwise specified.
This collection service is currently unavailable in Asia.
