When will my order arrive?
If you have received an order dispatch email, please refer to the estimated delivery timeframes indicated within the email. Alternatively, you can find more information on our delivery estimates for your country in the footer of Warhammer.com.
For orders designated for in-store collection, these will be included with the store's scheduled weekly delivery. We would always recommend contacting the store ahead of your journey to avoid any unnecessary travel!

If your order contains a Pre-Order product, you can find more information on Pre-Order fulfilment here.
Please note that orders containing Made to Order products have a longer fulfilment lead time, which can be up to 180 days.
We are unable to split the delivery for these orders, unless the option was selected during checkout.
