Which products are excluded?


The following types of products are excluded from our offer for returns and cancellations unless they are faulty:

  1. Digital products

  2. Products tailored to order (Made To Order, Print on Demand)

  3. Limited edition products bought in person at a GW Warhammer Store or GW Event, including event only, store exclusive, limited edition, special edition, or equivalent products.

  4. Collector's Edition, Special Edition, Limited Edition & Premium Edition products that exceed the 14 day return window (See "Current Range")
