Why are some items restricted?
Whilst shopping with us, you may notice that we have placed age and quantity restrictions on some of our products, such as glues and sprays.
This is to safeguard our younger customers and comply with various laws and regulations globally. When adding one of these products to your order, you will be notified of the relevant restriction.
For Age-restricted products, your purchase confirms that you meet the required age, for example, over the age of 16 or 18 years old. This can be hazardous or dangerous goods such as glues or spray paints.
For Quantity-restricted products, you may buy a maximum of two per order, but you must also include at least one non-restricted product, such as a miniature or a paint, in your basket.
Some products, such as hobby knives, may only be available to purchase in one of our Warhammer Stores, as we cannot guarantee a person of the legal age is purchasing this product when orders are placed online.
Please note that not all delivery options are available for baskets containing restricted items. There are also restrictions as to which countries we can ship to, and all of the above will be outlined during the checkout process.
