How can I return an order or item? - UK Returns
If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange for Warhammer Virtual Gift Vouchers. Please see our "Checking your products" page for further terms.
To return an item, use the free Royal Mail Tracked Return portal for post office drop-off or home collection.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receipt of your return. Alternatively, we can arrange an exchange for vouchers, or you can return an unwanted product to one of our Warhammer stores.

Faulty products can be exchanged for a like-for-like replacement (if the item is still in range) or part replacement.
Please indicate any faults with the options provided on our returns portal and we will be happy to help.
