How do I cancel an order?
If your order is still processing and has not been dispatched, please Contact Us as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
We will review the current status of your order and endeavour to cancel it! If a cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days from the point of confirmation.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will provide you with a return address and a full refund will be processed.
This is typically processed within 3 working days of your order having been returned and received by us in a resaleable condition.
