If you have received a product that has arrived damaged, has faulty components or missing parts, we want to make this right for you!

Contact Us page with the required information. Once submitted, one of our customer service agents will review this further and be in touch with you very soon.

If the affected product still available to purchase on Warhammer.com, this is covered under our
Lifetime Guarantee (exclusions apply) and we will be happy to review and replace parts where possible.
