What do I do if I can't access the content of my Battletome or Codex on the app?


If you have successfully redeemed a Battletome or Codex to your MyWarhammer account but are unable to access the content for your army, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure you are signed in with the correct MyWarhammer account

  2. Ensure that the book you have redeemed is for the current edition of the game. This will be 10th Edition for Warhammer 40,000 & 4th Edition for Age of Sigmar.

  3. Delete the app from your device, turn your device off and on, and then reinstall the app! Please make sure to back-up your army lists prior to actioning.
