How can I return an order or item? - EU & Rest of World Returns
If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange for Warhammer Virtual Gift Vouchers.
Faulty products can be exchanged for a like-for-like replacement (if the item is still in range) or part replacement. Please indicate any faults with the product you have received in your contact to us.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and confirmation of the product(s) you no longer require, and our team will be happy to assist!
After we receive your returned purchase and confirm it's in resalable condition, a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, will be processed within 3 working days.
